I would like folks to note that this has taken me several years thus far to accomplish and has required much discipline and perseverance on my part. It has not been an overnight "success" by any means and is NOT, a "miracle"... I have "worked" VERY hard for it and have been thusly rewarded.

However, there is much thanks and gratitude to be given to God for showing me the very simple answers to my problems... and to ML, Schulze, MH, Andreas, and all those that have both encouraged, helped, and challenged me and my ideas/beliefs, as it would not have been possible without them. Especially those who challenged me including friends and family and those in the support and debate forums, inspiring me to research my butt off and confirm what I should have been taught, or should have known intuitively in the first place. Nor would any of this had been been possible without my willingness to discard what was wrong and embrace what was right about my ideas as they related to health and indeed, life itself... and my accepting full responsibility for my lot in life as dictated by MY choices.
