Vomiting & diarrhea - sick, or Colonix/Paranil?

Yesterday I was on day 8 of the Colonix program, with Paranil. (This is my 3rd Colonix cleanse, and my 2nd time to do the program with Paranil.)

My stomach blew up with gas like a watermelon at lunch time, and I felt nauseous. Then went home to bed & it got worse, and I threw up about 5 times, & more diarrhea.

Feel better this morning but I'm running a low-grade fever (99.5).So basically i'm wondering if I could have a bug, or if this could be a reaction to Paranil?

I tried doing Colonix w/ Paranil a 2nd time about a year ago & had to stop the Paranil b/c I had such bad diarrhea with it. I suspect i'm loaded w/ candida... but did fine this week for the first 7 days.

Edit: I just noticed my tongue has a thick greyish-white coating. Really, really gross.  Makes me wonder if this is b/c of the cleanse.

I have an important work deadline this coming week and i just can't afford to have any more episodes like this, on a work day!

Any ideas/advice? My plan now is to just do the fiber till i'm feeling better.
