Homeopathic information request

Dear all,

Is there anybody here who was involved in legislation on Homeopathic
remedies .

I am in a committee formed to advise the poisons board about the
nature of Homeopathic remedies .

The Malaysia Pharmaceuticals Control Authority maybe in the process of
banning our homeopathic remedies which are derived from poisons
unless we can convince our Poison's Board that they are not poisons.
This means we have to come up with a paper to prove that homeopathic
remedies do not contain poison.

For this I need to show them how the UK /US etc Pharmaceutical Board
deals with homeopathic remedies and under what grounds etc . I am
trying to collect the arguments from various countries and would
appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction

There is another class of remedies which may get banned because of
being bio hazards as well so some guidance , any advice etc is much
appreciated.

We have to give them our report and recommendations before April .
