Is my foot pain being caused by bone spurs or my parasites?

I am in excruciating pain. I had had foot pain for years now, but it has always been toleraable. This last month, however, the pain has gotten so bad that I can barely walk. It feels like I have ice picks going through my heels and it burns. Here's the clincher though. The pain is not always in one place. It can be in different parts of the heal from the outside, to the inside, from the rim of the heal to flat part of the heal. I know the main help for this is to lose weight, but my body has completely lost it's ability to shed weight, ever since I got the parasites, no matter what I try. My husband is coming home from Iraq in a few days so I didn't want to start Humaworm while he wsa home (I get die-off very easily). Does anyone know if this sounds like parasite pain, rather than actual bone spurs? Thanks.

Kir
