Keratoacanthoma, natural treatment with cantharex?

last summer my fiance has been diagnosed with keratoacanthoma or keratocanthoma, a supposedly non malignant skin tumor. The dermatologist said it was already too large for treatment, either go for surgery or wait till it disappears on its own. My fiance opted to wait,and in a few months time it did start to slowly regress (I won't mention all the dreadful things he did to make it go away) . However, a few weeks ago another one started to grow.
1)Last year we ordered a product called cantharex on the internet, all botanical source ingredients,claiming to treat this condition. We thought the company was US based, but when the cantharex took several months (!) to arrive, we found out that it came from Pakistan by snail mail and ship. My fiance does not trust this company any more and so is hesitant to take this product. Has anyone on this forum ever come accross it or have any experience with it?
