Newbie Question

Hello,

I have just discovered Humaworm (or begun to read about it, I should say).

I have lots of questions. Please forgive me if they are stupid and silly.

My first question is:

What happens if you have, say, a tapeworm INSIDE your spine? (I know that some people have this)
I'm assuming it will be killed, but how will it get OUT of your system?

Doesn't killing a large parasite in such a location pose danger?
I'm just picturing the thing rotting up inside my spine... eeeewwwww. Won't I be in danger of toxicity or even worse?
