Liver Fluke Worms

I found these in my stool




I have had them for a couple months and pretty much one of each in the picture at least. Last couple BM they where the longer skinnier ones, but the fat ones happen often too. What do i do about this? Do I have to go to the doctor, hospital? I have had abdominal pain and have had ultrasounds for stones or anything and its been negative. Mostly have pain in my lower abdoman and even had a CT scan, but nothing. Are there symptoms from these things? If there something I can buy Over the counter or do i need a superscription? thank you Tweet
