Endogenous Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor Triggers Fast Calcium Transients at Synapses in Developing Dendrites

http://www.jneurosci.org/cgi/content/abstract/27/5/1097

Growth factor proteins...

minerals needed...

re-read Olree... he is talking about this stuff and the minerals paired with the proteins...

put the pieces together people before it is too late...

You cannot take proteins without minerals, without fats (the brain is a lot of fat), without sugars (the brain uses lots of sugar)... it ALL works together.

other classes of growth factors from wiki

* Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs)
* Epidermal growth factor (EGF)
* Erythropoietin (EPO)
* Fibroblast growth factor (FGF)
* Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)
* Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF)
* Growth differentiation factor-9 (GDF9)
* Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)
* Insulin-like growth factor (IGF)
* Myostatin (GDF-8)
* Nerve growth factor (NGF) and other neurotrophins
* Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)
* Thrombopoietin (TPO)
* Transforming growth factor alpha(TGF-α)
* Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β)
* Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)

search one with a mineral... you should get a hit using calcium most of the time.
