Re: gaot milk

I don't have any experience with goats milk but from what I've read it sounds fairly simple. Raw goats milk and fermented raw goats milk is are the best options by far. If you have the space I recommend getting your own nanny goat. You could probably find for a very reasonable price and they can live on alfalfa so if you can get a supply of alfalfa and a nice fence then it should be real easy. Also if you go with goats milk I would suggest acquiring some kefir grains. There are tribal people in the mountains there in the caucasus mountains who have regularly consumed kefir and they commonly live into their 100s. If you want to learn more about kefir check out this great website (http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html ) with tons of free information. He sells some cheap kefir grains but he has a huge back order at the moment due to personal life issues.

There is only one thing I can think of that might help the sleep. Does your body have any type of direct contact with the earth on a daily basis? If not find a tarp, something soft such as grass clippings bird feathers or leaves, and a sleeping bag or two (depending on the temperature). Place the leaves or soft material on the ground in a private area. Next place your tarp and sleeping bag on top of the leaves or soft material. Get inside the sleeping bag to stay warm if you don't like the cold. Sit or lay down while holding the baby in the sleeping bag for at least 1 hour every day. I did this the other day without the baby of course because I don't have any kids yet and it was very very relaxing. An alternative would be to stand barefoot on the ground but I suggested the other way since its winter (some days) and might be too cold for most to stand barefoot outside. At the center of the earth is essentially a huge magnet made of liquid nickle and cobalt and I think its crucial for the body to maintain a connection with that magnet since electricity plays such a large role in our nervous system. Dr. Christopher spoke out against the use of rubber soled shoes because rubber is an insulator and it cuts the body's electrical connection with the earth. He suggested using moccasins or leather soled shoes.
Warmly,
the mongoose
