Help with Air Purifier

Hello,

I am thinking of buying an air purifier. I live in a basement apartment, and developed a bad allergy to dust. I try to clean it as much as I can but i cant keep up with the dust pile ups. When the light is on I see many particles flaoting in the air and my sleep and breathing are in a bad shape.

I was doing some research, and due to be being on a budget I cant realy spend too much money. I am ready to spend 300$ at the most, but I hope to get as much as I can for my money.

I am confused at which one is better or are there better things out there.

Any help will be great, I am trying to buy one very soon and I need to make up my mind.
