In fact, I am trying dynamicgreens now. It did come frozen, ordered it Monday, came Tuesday. Fits nicely in freezer as the video's show. It is quite palatable, even sweet. ABSolutely no nausea stomach upset, dizziness etc. I believe I had 6oz of it. I will be taking as much or more daily to try to bring my hemoglobin up from 11. Hope this helps.
