Different pressures in left and right eyes - is that normal?

This morning, I had my annual eye check-up. My optometrist said I have different pressures in my left and right eyes, though both within the normal range. He told me to return to have another check-up in in March 25 afternoon (he wanted to check my eye pressures at different times of the day because of pressure cycle during the day.)

Is it normal to have different pressures in left and right eyes? Does that mean damages to the eye nerves? Will that lead to glaucoma? Can Liver Flush help balance the pressures as according to Traditional Chinese Medicine glacuoma is said to have problem with "liver rising yang"? What other natural treatments are helpful?

Thank you in advance for your advice.
