I am trying to improve my diet by eating better foods. I like to drink smoothies, because I can get a nice serving of fresh raw fruits, plus some flaxseed oil I add in. I usually drink one of these a day.
I recently read that I can add goji berries to my smoothies and they'll provide me with alot of nutrients. Is this true? I've never had any of these, and don't want to waste my money if it's just a hype-product. Thanks!
