Saline Enema: Safe Window (Bloating to Kidney Failure)?

I came across saline enema recipe that varies quite a bit. For e.g., valerie[1] suggests 2tsp salt per qt of water, whereas enematips.com sugggests 3tsp salt per qt of water.

Is it better to start with a higher concentration first (to avoid bloating) or lower concentration (to avoid dehydration) first?

I've heard of the Fleet Enema lawsuit. How salty can the bowel take before one can have a kidney failure?

-thx in advance
