Re: CALCIFICATION

Hi there,

I am wondering if somebody can help me. I have an horse who cracked his cannon bone as a yearling. The cannon bone is the main bone that runs from the knee to the 'Ankle". He has long since healed, but now he has a lump calcuim build up there. How can I remove this build up without surgery? I was told of an old cowboy remedy involving the distribution of a combination of lard and urine..or substitue olive oil and ammonia instead......I'm just not convinced this is a healthy way to manage his problem. I am unable to show him and don't want to sell him until I have this taken care of.

Thanks very much! ~ Sarah
