I haven't been reading the last few days - Sara - I had no idea you weren't feeling well. I just thought there'd been drama and pissy people in the sandbox. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I haven't been either which is why I was backing up to do a parasite cleanse and then go back to more specific protocols. When's the last time you did a really good bowel cleanse? Think your candida levels might be tipped?
