A long time ago I read one of his books about 'holograms'.

There he gave the technique of pulling a bullet-proof glass between yourself and images you do not care for.

He suggested the glass be pulled from left to right, and rather slowly.

It works for me.

Besides, Silva suggests that all the things we see in our mind's eye BELONG to us. We own them, and, therefore, can do with them as we please.
