not much I can suggest that I havent already said. You know my story, and hopefully some part of it may help you and your sister. I know it can be a hard dark road... I have been there. But you can heal, you have the heart of a champion... but your not fighting to be a champion, your fighting for your life. God hasnt let you die yet... you still have further to go. Atleast you have been down this road, and can support your sister if she follows. You can help her avoid many of the traps along the way.

Stay honest, stay humble, reverant, and loving as best you can. And when the dark times come... face them, but do not judge them. And if you are meant to heal, the path will come to you... please do not force it. Because for every action, there is an equal opposite reaction.
