Re: The ups and downs

Hi, 20928!

My improvement was NOT in a straight line! There were ups and downs. Grz has also mentioned a cyclical nature to his recovery in past posts.

That being said, some of the downs were avoidable. That is the learning process that goes on with this protocol. The more you apply yourself, the more you will learn and benefit.

The pH tape was and is a very good tool. If I just go slightly more acid after a certain meal, I can examine it for the possible cause and make a dietary change. If I get very acidic for a longer stretch, especially at nite, within a day or so after one of the alkalising baths or changing the formula of my alkalising drink, I examine those for the cause.

For example, in your case, perhaps the calcium hydroxide in the bath is a bit too much at this time??? What other changes have you made since you were doing well at first??

This is not a race to see who can do the most extreme form of the Moreless protocol! The goal is always to feel the best you can now.

As one learns trouble-shooting skills, many if not most setbacks are avoidable and or correctable. "Detox" pain is for dummies, and just holds one back!

Keep seeking, applying, sharing accurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

NEVER give up!!!

Di

BTW, It has been almost exactly two years for me on the Moreless protocol!
