I am one of the folks who found the ES both in the alk drink and with meals to be helpful.

For about 14 years before finding this forum, I regularly had gallbladder pain several times a year and did the Hulda Clark cleanses to rid myself of the immediate symptoms. She claimed that doing many of these cleanses would rid one of allergies, so I did many extra ones as well.

All during this time, my overall health continued to decline. I became more allergic and developed very severe MCS/chemical sensitivity. I now know that this is because I was stripping more and more of the alkaline minerals I was already short of out of my system with each cleanse I did.

For the last two years, I have not had those pains and not done any of Clark's cleanses or any other part of her health methods, but rather the protocol here at Ask Moreless. I am getting better and better. The inhalant and food allergies are a thing of the past. [Perhaps also assisted briefly by AUT.] The chemical sensitivities are at least 85% better.
