Bleeding hemorrhoids....

Please help me. i am a 51yr. old woman who has suffered with bleeding hemorrhoids for over 20yrs. I have had colonoscopies....all show large internal hemorrhoids. I do suffer with constipation/impaction in 1 day if i don't have a Bm.But the bleeding is getting more severe. I DON"T bleed during a BM, I bleed when I am urinating after being on my feet or sitting to long. Sometimes the bleeding is profuse...filling the toilet bowl or bleeding thru my clothes. Bleeding can last 10 minutes..before it eases up. I am a vegetarian,i am 5' & weigh 105/lbs. I drink at least 64ozs of water daily...with sea salt..no caffeine. I am taking psyllium husks fiber x 1 week which has helped with a larger BM. I am afraid to leave the house for fear of bleeding. I have tried prep H & cortisone creams. I take sitz baths with epsom/ sea salt...but they are internal! i had saline injections....nothing helps. They are incapacitating. I take MS contin 30mg daily for chronic pain, lotrel 5/10 for hypertension,xanax & flexeril to sleep.Sometimes Mirapex for constipation. I take a daily vitamin, 1 flax seed,chlorophyl when I can. vitamins tend to nauseate me. i am seeing a surgeon next week...& do Not want surgery....please help
