Excellent post. I'm going to print this out and post it at the nurse's station. Older nurses will say you can look at a patient's fingernails and tell their health status. I can tell when I'm not getting enough sleep, my multivitamin isn't working,etc.etc. by my nails. I have permanent ridges from artifical nails. Tweet
