Back pain question

Hello ladies,
I have a question regarding back pain and Mirena. Many of us had back pain as a symptom, and I read the posts assuming it is lower back pain. BUT Did anyone also experience back pain in general, like in the middle of their back toward their shoulder blades? Any other back pain beside lower?
I remember thinking we needed a new mattress, because I had such bad back pain that migrated while I had Mirena. Now about to start 2nd post period, I have had back pain so bad, I can hardly stand at times, and I have a job where I don't sit much--in fact I have walked up to 9.5 miles in 6 hrs.
Any ideas for relief of this pain would be helpful. I have used heating pad and ibuprofen.
