With all due respect to Sandra,you should contact MH aka The Barefoot Herbalist and have him custom craft you a mixture for your child.Go to his forum here on CZ and on the right hand side of the page is a link to his website where you can contact him.

You could also post your question at his forum where he will probably respond with some suggestions.You can also type in strep throat in the CZ search window and find alot of info that may be helpful.

In the meantime,if you go to your local health food store,try to avoid purchasing items by the Christopher company.Apparently they are worthless.

If I may ask MOMMYTOJORDAN,how are the antibiotics administered to your daughter?

You may choose to not give anything to your daughter and just give her fresh squeezed OJ until she is well.

That's what I've done before when my children are not feeling well.Also,stop all food until she is well.Feeding food to a sick body can make matters worse in certain situations.

These suggestions I give to you were given to me by MH either directly or by searching his website.Sandra is a close friend of his and I'm sure she would approve of you contacting him for help.
