When I posted that I took lots of creatine I meant that I took several cycles. The first time I experimented with creatine, I pushed myself real hard and got great results. Six months later I tried a different brand and got little results if any, so the guys at the gym suggested that I double the recommeded dose, since I am over 200 lbs. in weight. I finished the container and then consumed a second container. I wish I could remember the brand name of the creatine that I used six months prior to this. I abused alcohol for 18 years, I have been sober for 7 years, so I don't want to blame everything on the creatine but maybe it's no good for people who have abused there livers in the past. THANKS
