Thanks Spirit and everyone

I just want to tell everyone who has helped me over the past few months that I really appreciate thier help. I won't be back on here for a while as we had a family emergency last week and it's impacted my life tremendously. I'll continue with my flushes and think of you all while I'm doing them. Sure going to miss having company on this journey towards health. I may have time to come online and post a prewritten letter after my next few flushes but I doubt it. I was supposed to do one this weekend but it may need to be moved out a week.
