I bought a Silver Puppy late last year. I only used it twice - have had too many health prblems and have been quite disabled. Now I am ready to really get into Colloidal Silver - however, the Silver Puppy I bought is not really doing the job - the two U hooks are rusted - don't know why - they were stored in the envelope they came in

The two U hooks (electrodes) are shaped that way so the electrodes can be longer with more surface area. Every time you use them you should wipe them off good with a paper towel. You'll find that the rust is really tarnish and it comes off very easily.

- the two silver rods are in plastic covers and stick to each other and do not rotate and quite honestly I am really upset that I paid over $100 for this....

The two silver rods are used with the magnetic stirrer. You only use one at a time. The silver rod is a magnet that should be inside teflon tubing 1 to 2 inches long. Just throw it in the jar of distilled water and set the jar on top of the magnetic stirrer. Plug in the stirrer and the silver rod will spin.
