To Spirit and other fellow sufferers

It was interseting to read the information you sent me on chenodoxycholic acid. Thank you for taking the time to do that for me.

It appears that the two major ways to dissolve green cholesterol Gallstones are the pharmaceutically produced chenodoxycholic acid that doctors prescribe , but which may have adverse long-term side effects, or T.C.M bear bile tincture or I believe you can also get ox bile salts form health food shops. As I am animal lover I would find it difficult (unless the only option)to take animal bile salts. Do you know of any natural non-animal products that can dissolve these stones? A health food shop recommended lecithin granules and also cholesterase by Biocare. Or do you think I just need to be patient and keep doing the cleanses every three weeks until all the stones are passed and my liver is clear of them?

As well as the cleanses I have also changed my diet, take milk thistle tincture (with Black-Walnut , Wormwood and clove tincture for parasites) and do yoga (as I believe there is a link between stress and gallstones). Further, I read that to repair your colon psyllium seed husks and acidophilus are good.

Any suggestions, Spirit or anyone else? Or do you think I've got things pretty covered? I am so sick of feeling weak, dizzy and like I have got a bad hangover every day.
I want to get a good metabolism back!
