I feel great have always. I can't seem to let my one coffee a day go. I take 2-NAC 600mg, 1-ALC 500mg, just started 1-selenium 50mcg, OPC 2-caps (switched back to liquid just received), 6-8 glasses mountain valley water and oxygen water, 3tsp. collidal silver, 1-chorella granual pkg, 3oz gogji juice, 1 tbls. raw honey, black currant seed oil while waiting for black seed to come in, probiotic, spiriulina is off and on, I am debaiting if I want to add Astragalus, that is why I stopped Aloe juice. I have taken it three times but shortly after had bad headache. I eat chicken 2-3x week, fruit, veggies as much as possible. Bad habit I don't eat breakfast so mainly have small lunch usually snack such as nuts, tomato & avacodo sandwich, then have my night-meal. Try to eat before 7pm. I have a juicer that I need to start using. Go to bed 11pm trying to get asleep early but with a family you know. I try orgainc when I can but my income is very limited! Also go to chiropractioner 2 monthly. New to sprouting love it so far mung beans are my favorite. I do need help learing how to prepare new foods know of any good cookbooks? There is so much info out there. The more you learn the more you want to add. So far I can fast a day. That is fresh juice, I can't stand veggie juice. I also make me a coconut milk and banana smoothie everyday. Trying to work up to coconut oil (YUCK) so far only cook with it. Any advice or input you have is great!
