Tap would be ok as that's what Beck used. I prefer distilled because I can't stand to drink directly out of the tap. Distilled will do a better job of cleansing the body. If you have kidney problems distilled would also be better.


and how many 20 min sessions should I use the mag pulser for daily?

I only did it once a day at the most because I'm often busy. But you can do it as much as you want unless you kill off more than you can detox. If you have a known infection area you could pulse the area 50 pulses or more and see if it does something.
