newbie

I have been doing some reading and have found different recipes. I just got back from an ultrasound that revealed a stone about 2cm. I know once my Dr. gets these results she will want to do surgery. What I want to do is do a flushing before hand. Dr. clark's recipe says to do 2 other cleansings first...but for time sake I want to go straight to liver flush. Is this ok.Also...I want to do it with apple juice and lemon juice. I was able to get a hold of Black-Walnut but not Ornithine. Can someone (veteran flushers) suggest a recipe using these. Tweet
