Remain steadfast in your fasting

I ask many questions from all the authorities not just one. I am a fan of Barefoot but not only him. I am a fan of Dr. Mom but not only her. I am a fan of Tony and Luella but not only them. I am a fan of Trapper and Wombat, but not only them. I am a fan of David Wolfe, Dr. Lam, and many others but a smart faster takes bits and pieces from each and comes up with a perfect diet that suits your body and your soul.

I have never required anyone to follow my plan but I know what works for me. I want you to find a plan that works for you. I can tell you now that 7 days is not enough to fast. As I see the toxins are being released in my body now and it is only the beginning. Yesterday, I had emotions of my past revealed and today I have a lot of toxins being dumped so I have hives, tomorrow who knows. I am happy to see these reactions because I know I am on the way to healing. One day at a time. I am approaching this as a game and I want to be victorious.

You will be victorious when you decide that your life depends on this. You will be victorious when you conquer your demons. Now we have hunger cravings, pains and aches, we have little energy and even some are getting so weak they are getting sick. We must keep up the herbs. If you take nothing else, take olive leaf. Try real hard to get that one. Is you are to tired to go anywhere, send your husband. Hopefully you are close to a Trader Joe's or a whole foods that will carry these or a health food store.

You are being tempted now to break your fast. Like all the recipes I posted today, I love Mexican food but there are many supporters of the forum who are not fasting so I must remember them. Remember if you are fasting to please God and yourself and your family then food will not tempt you. Yes, we are fasting to please our family as they will see us around more if we are alive.

so everytime you think you are having it hard, remember me. The people here are sick and they are getting worse. It is only the beginning, not the end.

I have hope though, thru my fasting I can teach one person at a time. Do you have to follow my juicing? No, just follow what makes your body feel good, but for God's sake don't give up. Keep on and we can do it together. Look 3 days have passed and you can say I did a 3 day fast. Soon you can say I did a 7 day fast. It will go very quickly and you will be healthier for the struggle.
