For Maiden

Thanks Maiden...I will keep an eye on what I eat before I get my period next time. I know that this time I did eat some chocolate, had one cup of coffee in the mornings as usual, citrus the night of the Liver Flush for sure and, yes, nuts! I've had 'em all! Day2 for me is always heavy...but not with the crazy clots I had today. My period is over by Day4 or 5 now....and all the rest of the days are very lightish.

Thanks for that information...I will keep it all in mind next and see what happens then...
