I agree completely, however the problem is that some of the Liver Flush recipes out there promote drinking the oil separatly from the juice. If you've never tried it this way, I can assure you it is terrible. After two flushes using this method I could no longer swallow the oil without gagging! The taste of the Epsom Salt doesn't bother me however. For those of you that don't like it, a large dose of any magnesium supplement is just as effective - or you could try a milk of magnesia laxative.
The problem is that many newbies do the flush without mixing the oil and juice. I strongly reccomend against this. If you mix the oil with FRESH grapefruit juice, it is very palatable. If not, then try using "extra light tasting" olive oil. This is the way I do it. It's very easy. It tastes great, and I've never vomited. I do get somewhat nauseaus a few hours after drinking it, but nothing like the kind of nausea I got when originally drinking the oil straight...
