elevated alt level

Can someone please help, to day i just got my test results back for the liver function test,.
My ALT was elevated to 86 , top end should be 45

Im not sure what has caused this, but i am having further in a couple of weeks for and cholesterol and Hepatitus ..

Can anyone reccomend a good way of lowering my alt level, i know milk thistle suppose to be good, But brands suppose to vary greatly..

I have done about 8 Liver Flushes but not sure if its helping..
