wow, I think I am in love. This is only the first mp3 and a teaser but it gives you tons of info, a valuable listen for sure. All about loving the food you eat, growing the foods you love and how to turn around your mindset.

Never listen to someone who is not what you want to be. So don't listen to a fat doctor about weight loss. Don't listen to an angry man talking about peace and God.
Don't listen to an unhealthy person try to teach you.

I highly recommend this cd. It takes over an hour to download but I know now that there are many things from this CD that I personally could use myself.

Listen to the people who make you happy.
