Fasting Gurl I went all the way to a size 16 plus at 5'5"., I looked and felt a mess, my feet were swollen looking, so I am not made to be over weight like that again. I will post that pic up to my profile on photobucket today. Well to be honest I won't measure my self right now. But I look like I'm a size 8. (Look like

But you know how February -this month always go by so quickly, so you are good! Because then you only have 6 days in the month of march to do. "Wow"
Another thing is my hair appears longer because my back has gotten smaller "Horrah"!!!
I had a hump on my back like a bubble between the neck and upper back- It's finally gone! Now my hair can go straight down and it appears longer- another thing is this office chair I am sitting in (I sit in it everyday for 3 years) it's seems like a big chair ( too big for my skinny behind LOL!).
I am so thrilled you are excersising lightly too. Yeah gurl, you will definately tone and lose the fat at the same time. But if you do get on the scale don't really go by what ya see, Like I did, because, muscle weigh more than fat, That's why my scale said 11 1/2
pounds in 16 days I was hurt at first because I would normally lose 1 pound oor a little more a day. But I was strength training , toning up, firming my body at the same time my body was burning fat- that's why. But with excersising my legs look more toned and my cellulite is disappearing.
I remember when I was on day 8, I weighed my self and lost 9 pounds. So good for you on your day 8 > Enjoy!
