Blood sugar is awry again

I'm confused. It's been a really long time since my blood Sugar got out of whack.

The last couple of days it's gone NUTS. A huge dose of C and about 150 mg of Iodine make the feeling go away but it comes right back an hour later.

I'm confused. Nothing's changed about my regimen or diet at all. Tweet
