I don't have to wear a neck brace anymore but like most people if I sleep wrong or If I bend my head down to read for a very long time I have some pain but rarely have to do anything for it.

The big problem was 5 years ago when I needed an operation and they were afraid I would die. You know inserting the tube down your throat in the anethesia. So they did hundreds of test and decided I should go ahead with the operation and they gave me less anethesia. Lord, I woke up during the operation and yes you got it, I started screaming and screaming. The fools were still cutting on me. Twilight Zone revisited.

Well I made it and here I am today, good as new. Some think I get money from the links but I am doing this cause I saw so much bad news on black seeds. Hey, I have another forum called Sara's Soup Kitchen but I felt black seed needed its own place. So I do this just to inform people of the magic. The problem is getting the best black seed and that is where I cannot help you. I can only list links which look ok.
