Stones Reduce but problems persist

I've done 9 cleanses, and the last 2 have produced very few stones. Since my other symptoms like irratic digestion, Acne and left leg pain persist (though reduced), i'm not too sure i'm fully cleansed.

And BTW, all the stones i've seen so far are Green. No other color at all ! Does this mean i have no Old stones ? Please suggest any methods to cleanse my liver completely. Is it that the stones could be really big, and need herbs to breakdown ?
