1ST Time Cleanser

Hello Everyone,
I'm a first time cleanser, and I haven't seen anything in the toilet yet. I've been constipated ALL of my life, so I know that there has to be something in my colon to pass, but it's been three days with clear-yellow-brown water. How long does it take to see some action down there? I'm doing Dr. Jensen's colon cleanse. Any words of wisdom, and encourgement will be of help.
