Doctors don't have a clue about lyme disease on how to handle with it. When you get a EM spot, you need immediately antiobiotics for a couple of weeks. How longer you wait how worse it will get.

How long was it ago?? If you had for sure a EM spot you have Lyme disease. And you'll need Antibiotics . Ask about this in the Lyme section.

I wouldn't worry that much about candida now, worry about the Lyme disease. Do a specialised test (so also a Western Blot!!!). Also test for co infections. But if you had a EM spot it's for sure you have Lyme disease.

Go to a specialised Lyme doctor. I don't know one in your place (live in Netherlands).
It's important to not wait long with treating the Lyme infection and just 3 days or so Antibiotics won't do any.
