Today's detox excitement.

I've not tried wormwood yet - I've been out for a while. I'm formulating my next herb list. It's so extensive I have it in an excel spreadsheet! I'm comparing prices, ingredients, dosages and bulk herbs. It's quite a project.

I have had a headache for three days. I got worked on, that helped a little. Castor oil packs helped a little. It's time for a liver flush, for sure. I've zapped. Basically, I was avoiding doing a coffee enema like the plague. I don't like doing enemas, darn it.

I woke up with a headache close to a migraine today and I've been miserable! All along the liver and triple warmer meridians - no rocket science there. So - I made the stinking coffee enema. Two pulls through and I thought - I should add some neem oil to this mix! I put a stellar 12 drops in the last bag. Low and behold - 2 pulls later, lots of emittance, and the headache was gone. Whew.

Gonna do that liver flush tomorrow.
