Massaging the liver

Don't remember who it was, but somebody said their protocol for the cleanse was to massage the liver area from right to left after you drink the Olive oil.

I just finished my 6th cleanse and I tried the massage thing. While I was massaging, I could hear all this gurgling and growling.

Don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but I got more stones, but more important quite a few were larger. By about 4 or 5 times larger. (most before were pee sized)
