After all my attempts with other natural remedies and all possible diet plans, i'm still back to square 1 on addressing my BO/BB issues. Having said that, i recently came across several articles claiming that Grapefruit seed extract could possibly be a cure for BB and/or BO. How far is this true, no idea?

Currently i've started on feeding myself with Grapefruit-Seed-Extract capsules until i get hold of the liquid form. Been 3 days so far, and not much to talk about.

Does anyone have some valuable information or prior experience to share please? thanks
