Re: Internet Health Expert: "Cayenne A Harmful Substance"

I highly respect your opinion but on this one I have to differ. I attribute cayenne to one of the things that helped me get well. I have given it to many of the people I treat who have cancers and stomach problems and it has cured them. I know to the tongue and most assuredly to the eyes it burns, but it has never bothered my stomach and I take it daily.

We have so many well respected doctors saying it is great so why should we believe one who says it is not.

Just my opinion.
