Does anyone here have indentations on their face?

I just started seeing a dermatologist for these "things" I have on my face that looks like if you were to push your finger into dough. They are about the size of a dime. One is a long trough, about 2 inches long, over my eyebrow and is sunken in. So far the doctor has done a biopsy on my face that has come back negative for Lupus. Bloodwork done has come back negative for Lupus, but had other elevations that made it suspicious for possible autoimmune disease, but they don't know which one. Today he took another biopsy on my back/hip area, to run something called a Florescent Lupus "something" panel which should show whether I have Lupus or another autoimmune condition or not. The results won't be back for some time. I should mention that about 11 year ago, I did test positive for Lupus or a Lupus like condition. Elevated ANA and Sed rate back then, but not now? Dr. is very confused and thinks is going to refer me out to a rheumatologist. Anyone else with this face condition? Thanks.
