Re: yay!
Its the forced prevalence of fluorides in water supplies and in foods, coupled with a greatly decreased level of
Iodine in the diet, that lead so many women to experience this. So the pressure is twofold - less
Iodine ingested, and more fluorides ingested - the correlation of breast and prostate issues has followed changes in these materials in the diet, fluorides being an antagonist to iodine. Further compounding it are brominated vegetable oils in many grocery store products, which further deplete
Iodine and the body's ability to absorb it. Fortunately, adding more iodine goes a long way to reverse the symptoms, but unless one dramatically reduces fluorides and bromides intake, I'm afraid that iodine supplementation would only be a short term solution. The long-term solution is to arm onesself with knowledge concerning sources of the undesirables, and eliminate them. What you will find then is a greatly lessened need for iodine as well. Same is applicable to prostate, ovarian and uterine tissue. Good luck.
