Russ, Richard......I'm wondering

Russ - is there anything you can share on this forum? I'd like to know more, do you use Colloidal Silver for arthritis? Thanks!

Richard - I used to use Flax Seed Oil and I did feel much better with less pain, more energy. But since researching Dr Clark books, I've stopped using it because I'm afraid it may contain PCB's. Do you know of any "safe" brands? Or can you eat flax seeds instead? Thank You
