What were your experiences when you used MMS just anally and what was your method, enema or syringed etc?

Can't answer that, as I was doing both the DMSO, and the anal at the same time.

One noticeable benefit is a clearing of my lungs. I used to wake in the morning with what seemed like a touch of asthma, wheezing as I tried to breath. That is gone, and I seem to be able to breath deeper.

The method for anal is to clean the colon with a fresh water (distilled) enema first, and then with a bulb type applicator filled with 4 ounces of distilled water mixed with activated MMS. Try to retain this as long as you can.
